Our boneless turkey crowns are hand prepared by our butchers and wrapped in streaky bacon, or not if you prefer. This type of turkey is our biggest seller at Christmas due to the fact it is pure boneless breast meat which means no waste and a reduced cooking time. The meat is full flavoured and succulent.
